CarePartners in partnership with Gloria Dei Lutheran Church are hosting a free Caregiver Conference with 18 different workshops to choose from on Saturday, March 21, 2020. Topics include The Right Care at The Right Time: Palliative Care vs. Hospice Care, Essential Legal Documents, Age is Just a Number: Fitness for Healthy Aging and much more! This is a free educational community event designed to provide local resources and education to family caregivers.
